To increase Thriving - Security, 15Five recommends...

  • Cultivate health and vitality

Encourage team members to increase health and vitality by enabling them to prioritize self-care, such as sleep, exercise, meditation, healthy eating, and energy breaks.

  • Cultivate self-awareness through feeling identification.

Encourage team members to practice naming feelings in the 15Five Check-in when answering the question, β€œHow did you feel at work this week?”

  • Practice gratitude.

Encourage team members to practice gratitude by celebrating wins and appreciating others for wins both big and small (e.g., by sending a High Five).
