    Encourage People Ops/HR to implement the Best-Self Review™ (at least semiannually) for more robust growth and development conversations.

  • Set skills-based learning goals

    Encourage managers to help team members identify skills gaps, and set self-development objectives (learning goals) that can be tied back to their work.

  • Set personal learning goals

    Encourage team members to set personal Self Development objectives and non-work related learning goals (e.g., learn to surf).

  • Regularly request feedback

    Encourage all team members to regularly request positive and constructive feedback through 15Five’s Request Feedback feature.

  • Develop career ladders

    Encourage People Ops/HR and managers to develop career ladders that highlight growth and development opportunities at the organization.

  • Conduct nonviolent communication feedback training

    Train everyone how to provide constructive feedback in a supportive and compassionate way using nonviolent communication.

  • Apply organizational values

    Encourage People Ops/HR to curate and create resources that enable team members to learn and apply the organization’s values.
